POWER CONTROL CENTRES
SUPERTECH has entered in the field of manufacturing CUBICLE DISTRIBUTION AND POWER CONTROL CENTRES. These have been designed to meet diverse performance requirements of various medium and large industries, power plants and multistoried buildings for controlling the medium voltage supplies. They are aesthetically designed incorporating MCCB's Cubicle fuse switches and changeover switches tailor-made to the customer's need. Circuit Breakers, Bus-couplers etc can be incorporated. Our panels are tested at CPRI Bhopal for the following tests:

• Temperature Rise Test

• Degree of protection-IP 54

• Short circut-50KA

MODERN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
The high technical standard in production are the result of adaptation of the manufacturing process to the latest advances in technology. BUS BARS
THE bus bars are supported on electrically and mechanically strong DMC\SMC Insulators, clearance and creepage distances and through-fault capacity. ALL bus bar connection are accessible from the FRONT OR REAR-the panel compartments being provided with bolted removable covers

SURFACE FINISH
TO ensure lasting finish and protection against saline and corrosive atmosphere all steel fabrication go through a rigorous antirust 7-tank phosphating process followed by high quality synthetic stoving primer and finishing coating through electrostatic spray system and baked in temperature controlled oven. Powder coating of polyester\Acrylic for acidic and highly corrosive environments are available as per customer demands.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
A constant policy of quality control is the key to reliability, long life and safety in use. This begins with severe materials selection followed by exact controls on quality dimensions and tolerance of incoming materials. Regular checks on production line, structural precision, pains-taking quality assurance at the final assembly stage and pre-delivery testing of all equipment result in satisfying and long lasting customer relationships.

CONSTRUCTION
THE consoles are manufactured using CRCA SHEET STEEL of appropriate thickness giving robust, vibration-free performance even under difficult operational condition. Totally enclosed, dust protected with built-in degree of protection IP 54.

CABLING
Incoming and outgoing cable alleys are provided at the back or on front as per customer's requirement. Removable un drilled bottom plates are normally provided. Compression glands with earth tags can also be supplied as per requirement.

SAFETY FEATURES
Various safety features are provided as standard. ALL cubicle switches are front operated and interlocked with hinged doors for safety. Insulation shrouds are provided for bus bar
